Septic Management Ordinance #117 was adopted on May 19, 2014. The ordinance provides for the inspection, maintenance, and rehabilitation of onlot sewage disposal systems. It also permits the municipality to intervene in situations which are public nuisances or hazards to the public health. Finally, it establishes penalties and appeal procedures necessary for the proper administration of a sewage management program.
