Meeting Schedules

Board of Supervisors

The Board of Supervisors meets to conduct business on the first Monday of each month at 7:00 pm in the meeting room of the Township Building.

All meetings of the Board of Supervisors are open to the public, with the exception of Executive Sessions.

Planning Commission

The Planning Commission meets to conduct business on the second and fourth Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm in the meeting room of the Township Building.

The Zoning Hearing Board does not meet on a regular basis. Meetings are scheduled to conduct hearings on zoning issues on an as-needed basis only. The hearings are held in the meeting room of the Township Building.

All hearings of the Zoning Hearing Board are open to the public.

Benner Township Water Authority

The Township Water Authority meets to conduct business on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the meeting room of the Township Building.

All meetings of the Water Authority are open to the public.

Spring-Benner-Walker Joint Authority

The Spring-Benner-Walker Joint Authority usually meets to conduct business on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 7:00 pm in the meeting room of the Spring-Benner-Walker Joint Authority Building, located at 170 Irish Hollow Road in Spring Township. Work Sessions are held one hour prior to the regularly scheduled meeting, when needed. Contact the Authority at 355-4778 for an official meeting schedule.
